Imagine you are going for 1 year to a desert island. The island has fresh water but no food. What types of food and drink will you take with you? The maximum is 5 types of food and 2 drinks.

My food is very tasty because I cook and I like healthy food.

vegetables: I eat different vegetables every day in juice and food because they are fast digest and nutritives.
bread: I like bread up in small amounts and only as a sándwich a week.
cheese: It´s very delicious panala cheese in salads. I like.
meat: I like chicken because it has no fat and is lighter. The fish is very delicious and has less fat but not much variety in the supermarket.
fruits: I like a few fruits: Apple, banana, pineapple and watermelon. they´re delicious in juice.
coffee: I like to drink coffe in the morning at home because I get up early every day. I don´t like drinking coffee at night because I can´t sleep.

fruits: I like fruits so I can eat fruits every days and the important, they contain vitamins and minerals.
sausages: Because are easy to cook and contain protein.
bread: I love bread and contain carbohydrates.
pasta: I love pasta
eggs: They are easy to cook and I can cook sandwiches with them.
juices: For the meals
yoghurt: Very important for calcium.

Every day i get up at five morning. First, I take a bath, and I make a breakfast. I usually have black coffee and banana. After that, I often organization my briefcase from work. Finally at half past six I go to work. I always drive to work because it´s only thirty minutes to my office.

In the morning.:
First drink a coffe, then train sandwich, I need bread, turkey ham, chees and vegetables:
Lettuce because is delicious.
Tomatoe becuse it provides vitamin A and antioxidants.
Onion.
I drink ice tea.
Have lunch: Pasta and chicken because provide carbohydrates and proteins
Salad with lemon.
I drink jamaica water.
Have dinner:
Milk: I eat cereal and I need Milk and cereal
Banana.

Hello, I'm Lulú Reyes, my food is low fat because I’m always on a diet.
ReplyDeletea) Fruits: my breakfast of five days on week are fruits as melons, apples, peaches or papaya.
b) coffee: I love the coffee is very important in my mornings, I like a black coffee very strong, I drink much coffee but only in my office in the mornings.
c) Splenda: the sweetener is important in my life because I don’t drink drinks with sugar.
d) chicken: I only eat chicken because I don’t like steak, only in the hamburgers.
e) Yoghurt: is the complement for the breakfast and is the lunch in my work.
f) Grapefruit juice: this juice is my favourite, I like drink in the mornings after my breakfast, I drink grapefruit juice five or four days of week.
my food is very simple, because I don't cook ever.

Hi, my name is Viviana Robles my food is varied, I love food sometimes cook, food simple, and I'm starting to practice more complicated preparation of dishes, here`s my list.
ReplyDeleteFruit: is very important because it contains many vitamins, antioxiodants and very healthy and I like almost all.
Coffee: I take it regulary for breakfast has many properties that benefit the body.
Chicken: I like it because it can be cooked in many ways and is very rich and nutritious.
Pizza; I don't like but I can eat if you have rich ingredients.
Alfred Fettuccine: I love it because it is delicious but not too always.
I live en Mexico five years and are still not used to the food.

Here's my list:
Breakfast: coffee, bread with margarine, milk for my baby and "quasadillas" for my husband.
Lunch: rice with beans, steak or fish or chicken and vegetables (lettuce, tomato, potato, carrot).
Dinner: vegetable soup, cereal.
Usually on weekends we eat away from home. We love Italian food especially pasta.

My food is ver simple because I don't cook, my moom cook for me and I love Tacos:
Meat: I sometimes eat tacos and I need meat for tacos.
Tomatoes: The tomatoes are for sauce the tacos.
Tortilla: I think "tortilla" is very important, and definitely I need for the tacos.
Water: Is my favorite drink and is very importand for the body.

my breakfast is simple, breakfast scrambled eggs with bread, coffee, two or three times a week, sometimes pies, fruit three times a week, bread, tacos weekends, hotcakes with honey I like fruits are papaya, melon, strawberry and banana, I love bread, biscuits breakfast sometimes globitos
my food is easy to prepare because it does not really cook

Breakfast: chocolate milkshake with bread and jam for strength.
Lunch: rice, beans or peas with some meat to work with enthusiasm
and for dinner: some fruit and cereal good for resting
sometimes on weekends for dinner, tacos is the option

ReplyDeleteMy food is easy, I like coffee and tea in the all morning and fruit with cottage cheese or mexican eggs. for supper soup rice, steak or fish or chicken, salad or vegetables, ice cream or jello and water; for dinner I usually eat milk or yoghurt, cereal or bread or salad.

I have a bad news, the plane is late because of mecanical problems, and I´m tired but I have to wait here 2 or 3 hrs.

ReplyDeleteI live in Merida, Yucatan but I´m from Mexico City, there´s a good public transport system the Metro, but Merida has no Metro only buses and taxis, the public transport is bad, because people get late at work or school.
The worst that may happen to you in Merida is to be waiting for a taxi in a corner at 3:00pm at that time all taxi drives went to eat and you haven´t where to protect yourself from the sun.
Beleve me it may be a serius problem.
